I slept like a log with the Melatonin tablet, but woke up with a headache. Mary-Ann said it was my own fault; that I should have drunk more water on the plane - she is probably right, but water is really only for: emergencies like putting out fires or a few drops in a whisky!
In the afternoon we drove a little way up the Hudson River to the Fort Montgomerie on Bear Mountain, then!n site of a fairly major conflict between the British and the Americans in 1777.
