Tuesday 15th - Minster on Sea, The sea and Sheerness

This morning after a good sleep I got up early - 6:30 - and pottered round with emails and then had breakfast. After breakfast at 10:45 Mary-Ann and I went for a walk down "Love Lane" - true - to the sea. They had heaps of groins along the pebble beach -

a lot were agates -                                                     and beach huts!

We found a little shop by the sea where we had a coffee and an ice-block.

By the time toiled slowly back up the path in the heat we were glad to be back at 12:45

This is a sunset at Sheerness Beach

Here is part of a pub called "The Ship on Shore" built out of  barrels of cement from a wrecked ship along with flint stones
