We decided, seeing as it was a beautiful day, that we would would go for a trip on Loch Ness We bought the tickets and drove down beside the loch to the Clansman Hotel where the boat departed from, but were told that there was no parking left in the hotel park. Alasdair the attendant said that if it was up to him he would go and park in the boat staff car park across the road, but he wasn't telling us to!
We did! Then we walked down to the pier. There was a terrible piper down there who played more bum notes than right ones! Anyway we wanted to enjoy the peace and tranquillity not bagpipes.

It was calm and beautiful all the way, but no monster!
